Martyn Frost is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.

For over 36 years he was involved in estate and trust work for a major trust company and latterly was in charge of their internal legal department.

He is well known both in the UK and abroad as a lecturer and writer on estates and trusts issues. He has recently written books on the subjects of joint property and on negligence and will preparation.
