Marc King is a Solicitor specialising in the areas of Tax, Trusts and Estate planning.

Marc trained with Gorvins Solicitors in Stockport and on qualification joined their Private Client team. He joined Lane-Smith & Shindler LLP in June 2006.

Marc's primary areas of expertise are Wills, complex estate administration and Inheritance Tax planning, including Court of Protection applications for authorisation of tax planning measures for patients and their families.

Marc has a wealth of commercial experience in his previous career, having worked for Reuters, Lloyds TSB, British Gas plc and BT plc on a range of projects, with a strong emphasis on IT.
