Eleanor Shipway is a Solicitor specialising in residential and commercial property work.

Eleanor joined the team in October 2006 as associate solicitor to head the property department which deals with all the property work inevitably arising from the central trusts and estate focus, including commercial property transactions.

Eleanor offers a high level of personal and skilled care and service to our clients in the sale and purchase of their homes. This has already been much appreciated by our clients at what can be a very stressful time for them.

After spending some years working for the Diocese of Manchester, Eleanor trained with the commercial law firm Mace and Jones in Manchester, then specialised in residential property at HLF Berry, Oldham before moving to Roscoes, Blackburn to focus on commercial property.
