Christopher Parker is a Barrister with over 20 years experience in trusts and estates

Christopher was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 1984. He worked within the firm Chattertons, Solicitors, in Lincolnshire from 1987 to 1997 and then with Geoffrey Shindler in Manchester from 1998 to 2006.

Main areas of practice: general chancery, construction of trusts, wills and charities with related questions of administration, real and personal property, partnerships, landlord and tenant and companies.

With Geoffrey Shindler, Christopher is also the author of the chapter on Categories of Trust in Tolley's Administration of Trusts. He wrote the chapter on the joint ownership of chattels, stocks and shares and bank and building society accounts in Tottel's Practitioner’s Guide to Joint Property and occasionally writes casenotes for the Wills & Trusts Law Reports as well as articles.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and speaks on various trust and estate issues for STEP sponsored publications and lectures.
