Colette Gill has specialised in the area of Tax, Trusts and Estate planning for the past 8 years.

Colette trained with Ernst & Young LLP and was employed by Schroders Private Bank for 5 years before commencing work with Geoffrey in 2005 and moving with him to start Lane-Smith & Shindler LLP.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and the Personal Finance Society (AFPC & IMC qualified).

Following an honours degree in mathematics at Leeds University, Colette qualified as a Chartered Accountant in January 1998 and is an ICAEW and Securities Institute examination prize winner.
